A one- year gift membership in San Diego Floral Association includes six issues of award-winning California Garden magazine, member discounts on activities, and access to members-only content on our website, SanDiegoFloral.org. We send out newsletters and hold quarterly meetings in October, February, April and June. We fund scholarships, community gardens and SD County Fair Garden Show prizes through our Outreach Program. We promote the activities of our affiliates through e-blasts. Our Festival of Trees during December Nights in Balboa Park on the first full weekend of December is free and open to the public in gratitude for the space that is given to us in Balboa Park Casa del Prado for our office and Mary Greer Library. Members may apply for borrowing privileges at our library, which is open five days a week and comprises an extensive collection of horticultural books.
