TREE PLOTTER
Learn about trees in Balboa Park and throughout San Diego with Tree Plotter.
The organization Tree San Diego maintains TREE PLOTTER, an online tree inventory. The map includes trees planted in Tree San Diego projects and the inventory of all Balboa Park trees as maintained by Forever Balboa Park.

Balboa Park Events
San Diego Japanese Friendship Garden
The Japanese Friendship Garden (JFG) is an expression of friendship between San Diego and its sister city, Yokohama. It illustrates two cultures and creates an immersive experience of Japanese culture. JFG’s design is based on centuries-old Japanese techniques adapted to San Diego’s climate. Admission is $12 for adults, $10 for Seniors (65+), and military with ID. Children younger than 6 are admitted free.
