Program Rita Saliba / Founder of Blissful Seeds
Crafting with Floriculture: The makers of Blissful Seeds

What is Blissful Seeds?

Blissful Seeds turns the creative talents of adults with autism and developmental disabilities into real jobs, real income, and a real place in their community.

Rita Saliba founded Blissful Seeds in 2020 due to her passion for advocating for children and adults with developmental disabilities.

She began her career in banking and finance. She began her transformation journey to become an advocate for children with autism and other developmental disabilities shortly after her youngest son was diagnosed with autism. She then earned several certifications in Special Education Advocacy, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Self-Centered Planning and Self-Determination support.

In her capacity as the Executive Director, she works to create a thriving business and a model for the makers of Blissful Seeds to be integrated into their communities as Equal Productive citizens, as well as to contribute back to their communities. The makers of Blissful Seeds are very talented individuals who use organic, natural resources available to them to create one-of-a-kind artwork, housewares, sundries and delicacies.

We hope to see you then!
